Terms & Conditions

All shipment delivery means Ground floor delivery only. Gati courier or most of courier companies will charge extra amount to carry your item into a specific room or up stairs or floor, these charges will be additional and customer has to pay in cash to courier person at the time of delivery.

Residences or businesses that have steep uphill or downhill slopes leading to the entryway may also be charged additional fees. By purchasing an oversize item, you authorize Indianfurnitures.in and/or the logistic company to assess additional fees to you as required of such area delivery.

You agree to ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of the furniture to your desired location. Indianfurnitures.in will not accept cancellation of order by you at the time of delivery on the basis that access to your desired location is not possible (e.g. Gate/doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the furniture through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.)

Octroi and Taxes:

The State Government of some states charges Octroi/other entry taxes for any articles comes from other states. Since these types of charges are applicable only in some states so we are not adding the extra amount in our shipping charges. Customer from applicable state needs to pay the Octroi or other applicable tax at the time of delivery and if any forms is needed for state specific purpose than customer has to issue the form to us by courier to be attached with the consignment while dispatching it.

Assembly/Installation: Most of our products, doesn't require any assembly only the bed, Dining table top and some sofa set requires assembly/installation. It is to be done Customer side. However Assembly instrument and instruction will be provided with item to make the assembly smoothly.


You may cancel your purchase order within 2 working days from the date of placing an order and for that you need to mail us at cs@indianfurnitures.in or speak to our customer care executive. Once we get your request we will cancel the order and will refund the capture amount. Reflection of your refunded amount may take 2-3 days to reflect in your account.

*Please note that once we started the polishing with your desired shade on your ordered product or after shipping the order from our factory, the order would not be cancelled in any circumstances. If any product is not available with us due to non availability of specialist craftsmen or worker, we would inform to customer to choose any other item from our website, In case if customer doesn't want to choose any other item, than we will refund the capture amount.

With all these terms and conditions, we don't want to make your furniture shopping complicated but we want to make you aware about some facts which we are usually facing while selling the furnitures online in India. Hope our customers can understand our limitations very well.
